Whether you’re a professional photographer or videographer, our lavender field offers an unforgettable backdrop for any creative adventure. To learn more about renting our lavender farm for your upcoming photo or video session, check out the details and additional site guidelines outlined below.
Get exclusive access to our picturesque lavender field for your special moments. Whether you’re capturing golden hour engagement photos, family sessions, graduations, or any other occasion, our private site rental allows you to enjoy the lavender field all to yourself and your party. This reservation is for one photographer and one subject. Please contact us directly if you have multiple subjects or plan to provide mini photography sessions.
Our farm can easily accommodate two groups. If, by chance, another photographer or videographer happens to book the same day, please be considerate of other groups.
To reserve your spot, please select a date, sign a Release of Liability Form, and submit your payment below.
Photography Site Rental
STARTING AT $75 PER RENTAL
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Exclusive access to our farm Mon-Sun, between 6:30 pm-8:30 pm during full bloom
- Additional 30 minutes available for setup if requested
- Access to public bathrooms and other amenities on-site
- Convenient on-site access to one staff member for any queries
- Option to add fresh lavender bundle for an additional $12 each

Additional Site Rental Guidelines
- While pets are not allowed on the farm, small props are welcome with prior approval
- Please refrain from picking plants during your session; any damage is your responsibility
- Those promoting our business through photography or videography can capture images free of charge with prior approval
- When posting on social media, please share your photos and tag us @pondviewlavenderfarm on Instagram and Facebook

- Keep in mind that lavender is typically in full bloom between mid-June and mid-July when scheduling your session.
- You may arrive 30 minutes early to prepare and set up for your photo or video shoot
- Photo session fees are only refundable in case of weather or farm-related closures, but we'll do our best to reschedule
- Please respect our staff members and property while visiting the farm, including returning items to their original position
- Remember, personal belongings are your responsibility; we're not liable for any losses
